A little known health secret...

Recently I interviewed an OB/GYN for a book I’m writing and she told me something very interesting…

Did you know that it’s a good idea for a woman to never wear underwear to bed? She said that it can cut down on 90% of all infections and odor if you just let yourself air out each night! Bacteria needs moisture and warmth in order to live, so our vaginas often become an ideal environment to house these sneaky little germs. Going commando at night could be all the weaponry you need to send them packing!

The gynecologist said that as long as you’re not wearing underwear, you can just throw on a pair of athletic shorts. I think that this and this might be good options, too.
